Hi Guys, someone can help me please? I`m using: Windows 7 + 2010 GP Service pack 4 + 2013 office 32-bit (15.0.4771.1000) MSO (15.0.4771) Everything works perfectly except I cannot send documents by e-mail from my GP. Inside GP > Sales Transaction Entry . The emails option is unavailable. In the menu: Microsoft Dynamics GP > Setup > Company : Is missing the email settings option (I don`t know how to enable it). Inside: Screen Output - ItemPrice List: the option "send to" is unavailable. I removed GP and Office and reinstalled everything again but the same problem. There`s some way to make the MAPI works with my GP ? or "force" the settings to make it works? Note: What`s weird we have other computers in the company with the same configuration and it works without problems when the user try to send documents by e-mail inside GP ...I really need to solve this puzzle guys...
