After a Long Long LONG deep diving, Here's the answer. 1. Under the Templates that were installed, we had both the original "RM Statement on Blank Page" and a Modified "RM Statement on Blank Page". The original had the Word template, the modified did not. We copied the original template to the modified version and assigned it to the Companies and Classes (of Customers). 3 Pt. Field Goal 2. There was a Microsoft Dynamics GP Add-In form Microsoft Word that was not reinstalled when we went to GP 2013. This cause the issue of not being able to create the statements in .DOCX format. 3 Pt.
