Hello Andy, Thank you for the details of the issue. I have only found one report of that error ever reported, which occurred when using Currency Translation in a MR 2012 report with the Legacy provider for Dynamics GP. This specific issue is logged as known issue 68805. There is not a release of MR 2012 which prevents the issue, as it is actually a problem with the currency conversion functions built into Dynamics GP which cause the error to occur. I am not aware of any updates for Dynamics GP which address the issue. This same issue does not occur for data mart provider. If this sounds like the problem you have encountered, I recommend either working with your Microsoft Partner, or opening a support case so we can assist with the workaround for the issue as it will likely require a remote session to implement. Note that a support case opened for a known issue is a no-charge case. When opening a support case for this problem, please be sure to include the details you included above along with known issue number 68805. If you are encountering a separate problem, I have a few quick questions for you: 1. What is the full version number of your Management Reporter installation? Go to Help | About and list the version number displayed. 2. When does this error message occur: when generating a report, designing a report, when one of the data mart tasks is running, etc.? 3. If the issue occurs when designing or generating a report, what data provider is being used for the company: the legacy provider or the data mart provider? You can determine this by looking in the Configuration Console under the "Companies" section in the navigation pane. Locate the company the report is generated for, and look at the "Source System". If it says "Microsoft Dynamics GP", then it is the legacy provider; if it says "Management Reporter data mart", then it is the data mart provider. 4. If the issue occurs when generating a report, can you create a brand new very simple test report and generate it for the same company without error? Thanks!
