Thank you for using Community Forums. My name is Becky and I will assist you. It sounds like your message may be corrupt. I would go to Tools | Setup | Company | E-mail Message Setup. Pull up you Message ID and remove the current Body section. Then re-add it making sure to the insert the SOP Number field onto the message. The body should say {%SOP Number%} after you do this.
