Does anyone know if you can change the Serial Number in RMA Receiving? The RMA was issued with one serial number but the customer sent a different serial number back. Some documentation I found suggested that the serial number could be changed in the "serial" screen from the RMA Receiving but the Equipment/Serial number field is greyed out.
