Hi Scott you would need to upgrade to 10.00.1779 before you can jump to 2013 or 2015. If you go to a version higher than 1779 then it will be tricky to upgrade directly.

As far as I remember, it is not possible to add a requisition to an existing PO in Dynamics GP (from business portal) as long as they are released.
