Hi Sukumaran, First make sure that there is no one is opening/modifying this document (Preferred that all users exit GP) than try to re-open it. If the same error appear than go to the second resolution: Please make sure that all users are logged out than do backup for dynamics and company database after that run the followings: DELETE DYNAMICS..ACTIVITY DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00800 DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00801 DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_LOCK DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_SESSION Finally try to open the document and send us your feedback.
