Hi, I work for a organization that uses Dynamics 2010 and KwikTag. We downsized a couple of years ago and the support plan for KwikTag wasn't kept current. We can't afford the price KwikTag is wanting to solve our issue (they want us to get a new contract and pay a hefty penalty). The problem is that we cannot login to the KwikTag user interface. We can, however, log into the administrative interface. No matter what credentials we try with the user interface we get a "Invalid User Name and/or Password" message even though we can reset the credentials on the admin side. Does anyone know how to correct this? Or, is anyone willing to try to fix the problem without an expensive contract? Thanks
