Did all the other locations update without error? If so, that rules out a version incompatibility. My first thought was a big jump from GP2010 to GP2013 often requires that the SP's are all in line as well. But if all the other databases worked, then it points to error in the data. I did encounter an error with Orphaned Company data when I was doing an update to 12.00.1920 and after I cleared them - completely - I was able to re-start the update and it completed with out error. The problem I encountered was more due to the fact that the Orphaned databases were not properly updated and were not current version - then 12.00.1920 seems to be a bit more 'version picky' Anyway, hope this helps.
