Hi All - My customer is one of 6 company locations all running their own instances of GP. Each location except this one successfully upgraded from 11.00.2351 to 12.00.1920 last night. This location received the following errors on the DYNAMICS db at the Load Views stage. This morning they ran clear companies to remove references to old companies that shouldn't have been there. We checked the duLCK and found nothing locked. DYNAMICS db is still showing db_status 30. ERROR [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server] Invalid Column Name 'UserType" CREATE VIEW [dbo].[smUsersLoggedIn] as ( select ACTIVITY.USERID as 'USERID', SY01400.UserType as 'UserType', SY01400.UserStatus as 'UserStatus' from ACTIVITY left outer join SY01400 ON (SY01400.USERID = ACTIVITY.USERID) ) ERROR [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Invalid column name 'UserType'. What should we be checking before clearing them to attempt the upgrade again? When I asked about any existing issues, they mentioned two Batches with no transactions that they haven't been able to get rid of. One of the listed batches doesn't even show a BatchID. Can those be cleared prior to relaunching? Thanks for your help!
