Thanks, for the good information, Babu! Shortly before you responded, I received word that IT had resolved this issue by adding the printer under the user's profile on the terminal server. This way, when she logs into GP and prints, it will print directly from the terminal server. Usually when the user has problems with printer on GP in VDI, it's usually due to printers redirecting from terminal server, to VDI, to the users desktop, and then to the printer. Adding the printer to the terminal server bypasses all of these redirects. Again, thanks, for chiming in! It's always appreciated! And, I will file the article that you sent! John
