Michael, You should be able import the data into the tables directly, however you'll likely need to plan to do some SQL cleanup of the data. At year end you can close out your year and 'print 1095Cs' from GP. There will be some temp year end tables that are produced at that time that you can also edit, either manually or via SQL. Keep in mind though you'll need to have GP HR implemented to fully produce the forms. You will need to have the health insurance plans created in GP, along with full employee details. You may need to have dependent data for any employees who are enrolled in a self-insured plan. Your other option would be to use a 3rd party that allows you to import the data via Excel. Because of your unique situation I would recommend using a 3rd party instead of trying to do this out of GP, if you are not already currently using GP HR. I know there are a number of ISVs that can do this. I don't know the pricing of the other options, but I can speak for the Greenshades option. The cost is $0.31 per 1095C form so it's not a massive cost. Something to keep in mind, GP will allow you to print the 1095C forms at year end however you will not be able to e-file. Not sure how many records you will have but if you have more than 250 records you will be required to file electronically. There are ISVs that can assist with this as well. Feel free to email me at chadden@greenshades.com if you need more information on this. Best of luck to you.
