Hello, One of our users mistakenly transferred a sales order to an invoice. Nothing else was done to the sales order and the invoice has not been posted. They now want to "reverse" the invoice. Is it possible to do that? Or, must they simply delete the invoice? We are using GP 2015 R2. Thanks!
