Hi John You should simply be able to remove the 200 off the end. Sometimes you may find when fixing up issues like this that rounding becomes a problem - I don't think it will in your case. And then you might have to change a value up or down by a cent to make it work. If you are unsure, the best thing to do is to restore a copy of the live database into a test company and make all the changes there first. Then test the output and then you can reconcile and if all works fine, replicate in Live. Do make sure you do it after a backup and with no users accessing the system so that you can go back to your backup if needed. Hope that helps. Cheers Heather
