Hi If the lookup options work the same for manufacturing as they do for other areas, then your best bet is probably to set up a SmartList that shows only the items for sale (assuming they are ea sily identifiable by e.g. Class ID) and then set each users default lookup to link to the SmartList. Then drop down again and select "Set as Default View". You would need to set this for all on their login (there may be a way to do it programmatically, but I don't know). Note: This wouldn't stop them from looking up other items, but it does mean that when they first open the lookup window that that is the default view they see. Cheers Heather
