Hi, No problem. Just don't put anything in the Summarize To field. However, I sense that all you want is a list showing only the outstanding invoices. You cannot get this from the RM Statements that come with GP. What I would do is to create a SmartList or Refreshable Excel report that only shows the data you want. Kind regards, Leslie
