HI, Your screen shot did not appear. You need to use rich formatting and then insert the picture from a file. When you add a new 1,500 asset, whatever account you have set up if Fixed Assets as the Asset Cost will be debited. What account do you have set up as the Asset Cost? Kind regards, Leslie
