Hi Babu, I have seen this problem many times, most of the times the Reconcile Sales Documents fix these problems. This a nice handy tool which also allows to see what changes will be done to the Sales Document before actually reconciling it by selecting ‘Print Report Only’. Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Utilities > Sales > Reconcile – Remove Sales Documents There are many possible causes: Power fluctuations Loss of network connection Server issues Computer crash Third party products
