Hi Béat, Thanks for the link. We had a look at the configuration and could find no changes between the setup we have and what they are recommending for the steps. After talking with our support, they pointed out that the Microsoft Dynamics GP Add-in for Microsoft Word is missing from the GP2013 R2 that we performed a few years ago (hence the reason it may have worked in previous versions). We're installing it tonight and hope to have this fixed.
