Hello: We have GP 2013 R2 and are testing, therefore, the use of the Requisition Management Workflow feature. We noticed that, if you make a change to a requisition after it has been approved, the requisition has to be recalled and resubmitted. Is that always the case? We ask because, in our business processes, we on occasion do have a need to change the cost of the requisition after approval for a line item if we find a vendor who can offer us a lower price. So, we not only have to change the cost of the line item but the vendor, as well. We do not want to have to recall and resubmit the requisition. We already have to do this, in our current requisition system. We may not implement GP's Requisition Management Workflow, if we have to recall and resubmit every time that we make changes.
