Andrew, There is HR code that runs when a transaction is created in the payroll transaction entry window that does not run when importing from eConnect. As a workaround, the HRM Solution Series dictionary (installed with the "Human Resources and Payroll Suite" from the GP install media) contains an alternate form for the payroll transaction entry window which adds a "Calculate" button to the window. I would suggest you switch to the alternate window, select the batch and "Calculate" after importing transactions. This should cause HR to be "aware" of these transactions and reduce your PTO accordingly. Hope this helps! Tom Franz Product Manager Integrity Data, Inc.
