Hi, This is just a run down of what I would check. 1. On the pay code, is the Local Tax checkbox checked? 2. In the Employee Local Tax Maintenance window, is the Automatically Calculated checkbox checked and the Inactive checkbox not checked? 3. In the Payroll Local Tax Setup window, are the Calculations, Sequence, tax rates and tax tables set up properly? 4. In the Employee Tax Maintenance window, is the Local Tax Code filled out? I see you said yes. I just created a new local tax code and assigned it to Pilar and also changed her state code to KY (from IL) and the build and the calculate came out properly. Did yours simply ignore the tax altogether? Kind regards, Leslie
