Hi, Wait, it was you that was sparkly. When I saw you had responded, I said to myself, there's sparkly Steve! I think your solution is pure genius. I love it! I just ran through it and it worked perfectly, kind of frightening actually. After the first step of merging the old customer id into the new, properly parented customer ID, I changed the new customer ID back to the ID number of the old customer. Now it's as if nothing ever happened. You still need to be aware that any National account transactions that were booked prior to this change are now misrepresented, but hey, I like it!
