The users print checks out of 2 different companies, both using the same check format and to the same network printer, from a Windows Terminal Server. User1 prints checks (Check Stub Top/Bottom - Text) for CompanyA to the LaserJet 4200 on the network, and they print out fine. User2 prints checks (Check Stub Top/Bottom - Text) for CompanyB, and the checks start creeping down the page onto the next page. Both users also have the LaserJet 4200 network printer on their workstations; both with the same print driver. Both use the same reports dictionary. What else could cause User1 to print fine, and User2 to be out of alignment? On a longshot, I changed User2's default workstation printer to be the LaserJet 4200 on the network, previously it was set a local printer on her desk. I had her go back into GP, and the checks printed fine. I'm hoping their is a better fix than having them try to remember to change the default printer on their local workstation before printing checks. Thanks in advance.
