Forum Post: Email to PDF option in Dynamics GP 2013 R2

Good morning. We have an issue with enabling PDF on GP 2013 R2. We run our GP using Citrix. I have configured the email settings in GP properly as all GP users can email out of the application. The problem arises when staff attempt to use the "Send to" function on the output screen. It is greyed out. We have Cute PDF installed on both our Terminal Server and the GP server. We found out through various forums that we must purchase Adobe Acrobat Pro for the option to become available using the "Send to" button. Since the software is very pricey for us, I need to confirm that it will work. I am not sure about two things: 1) Must we purchase Adobe Acrobat XI Pro or Standard? If anyone is using Acrobat Pro DC that would be tremendous information to us! 2) Where should Adobe be installed? Does it need to be installed on the GP server or the Terminal Server? Most users have Adobe Acrobat Pro installed locally on their machines. Only a few do not. Screen shot of Send to Email button: There are a few other posts concerning Adobe Acrobat but none specific to our needs. Any help is highly appreciated.
