Has anyone been able to light up the Scan button in the Document Attach 2.0 window and use the Scan feature? I know we are supposed to use a Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) compliant printer but how do you find out if your printer/scanner qualifies or if WIA drivers are available? The list published by Microsoft is OLD. In addition, I found the Windows Image Acquisition service on my Windows 7 clients but not on Windows Server 2012 where I host my terminal server clients. Can the WIS service be added to WS 2012? Would love to see step by step instructions on this. Thanks.
