Greetings, I’m trying to run the Reconcile to GL utility on RM for one month (3/1/2016-3/31/2016). After about 30 minutes it crashes with a GP system message “Microsoft Dynamics GP has stopped working.” To troubleshoot, I changed the reconcile range to 3/1-3/2 and the process completed successfully (2 days of trx). Then, I increased the range to 15 days, but that one crashed. I turned on the traces in SDT but the files are huge and I can’t make sense out of them. Apparently this has been happening in the past to our accounting users (GP freezing and crashing). Does anyone have any idea what may be happening? Thanks. Jim GP2013 SP2
