Hi Rosemary, This is odd if you are saying that she is using the same workstation code as everyone else, but she was the only one getting the error. Also, that the error stopped. With these errors, the transaction often appears to complete, but that does not guarantee all of the business logic was followed. The 'Unhandled Script Exception' is the default message used if the exception that was thrown is not one that the programmer wrote a check for. There are several errors that are commonly checked, but this is not one of those errors, so you're getting a generic response dialog.
