If you are trying to paste intercompany journal entries, the Paste button will remain greyed out as it is not supported with the built-in feature. I also do not remember off the top of my head if multi-currency is fully supported either. Simply put, only non-intercompany Manual Journal Entries are supported for Paste. If you want to paste entries for intercompany, multicurrency, AP distributions or Sales distributions, I created a simple add-in that adds the feature into GP: jamesdlyn.wordpress.com/.../gp-paste James
