Forum Post: RE: Password Change Failed for an Unknown Reason

Hi Richard: Before the test upgrade, I had asked one of our IT people to do so. He was hesitant, at first, and did not do so. But, I e-mailed him last night, after I had posted this concern here in the Community. He must have already run it, prior to my getting into the office, because I'm no longer getting this error. :) Thanks so much for verifying my thinking, Richard! John
