Hi, Just want to share the solution for this issue. By switching to "Use Management Reporter Report Viewer as default Viewer" under Tools>>Options in MR so that MR will not try to start IE as default viewer which could have network permission issues. The report pops up right away like a charm. Thanks, Huan
