Douglas, You need to open the layout of the report in the Report Writer application and then make your changes. After your changes are completed, go into the Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports window and change security such that it points to the modified report instead of the original report. The easiest way to open the correct report in Report Writer is to print it to the screen and then select to 'Modify current Report'. Depending on what changes you want to make, this could be simple or it could be a significant challenge based on your overall experience with Report Writer. I would not modify a report using the production Reports.dic, I would create a local dictionary for myself and then edit my launch file so that it points to that local dictionary. Once you are happy with the modifications you can import them into the production dictionary. You might need to consult with your partner unless you are already experienced with the GP Report Writer application. Kind regards, Leslie
