Good afternoon! I have a customer who has a basic GP install. When you go to Sales or Purchasing home pages and look at the reports list, there is no Trial Balance. All other reports are in the list. There is one under the Financial reports. If you go into report writer, the reports are in the list for viewing/editting. We have uninstalled and reinstalled GP. We have run check links on security. We are in as 'sa' so we should be seeing everything. I have found that the SY07140 holds the visibility on seeing the entire Report window, but cannot seem to find where the list of report types lives in the db. Has anyone seen this before?
