I could be wrong but in the 8+ years I've been working with GP I've never seen nor heard of a way without a 3rd party or customization to print Crystal Reports directly from a GP window. I believe Microsoft has even stopped supporting Crystal as of a few versions ago. I've never heard of this SOP Traveler either which definitely is not standard GP. Granted, there are definitely aspects of GP I am still not familiar with. If I am wrong, hopefully someone will chime in and let me know =) What version of GP are you on? If you look at your DYNAMICS.set file in your GP program files folder, can you copy and paste the the contents? I'm curious to see what modules are listed in there.
