We are currently on GP 2010 R2. We use projects timecard so all hours are recorded against a project. Lately, we were using the timecards for PTO entry only. However, due to audit requirements, employees need to enter deployment hours (hours charged to client projects). However, only the summary of hours is required for audit. Is there a way to enter all hours into a single day? That would simplify time entry, but of course would require ability to enter over 24 hours into a single day/time period. Is there a way to increase 'max hours' per day to be over 24? Alternatively, is there a way to set time entry interval to be 1 week (or 1 month), so timecard has 'week1', 'week2', 'week3' instead of actual dates for time entry? Any other workarounds for entering over 24 hours into a single bucket?
