It's been a while since I'd just explored the workflow...This is just to give you an idea... On workflow maintenance screen...First you need to create a New workflow and then a New Step....On the Workflow Step, you will see Assignment option...Click the lookup on Assign To and then choose Selection Type Hierarchy and then "Start From" as Workflow Originator(Or Requested By) and then I believe "Number of Levels" to 99(the maximum it allows)...Finally the Completion Policy as "All must approve". I hope this will address your concerns....Again.. I havent tested this nor using it...But it looks to me it might work for u...You may try and let us know.
