Forum Post: RE: The sa password was changed and now we don't have access to the company in mangement reporter

I have faced this issue in the past and the reason being MR Process Service stopped working for some reason. I could not get that working at all. Had to uninstall and reinstall MR, however connect to existing database instead of doing everything from the scratch. Why MR Process Service stopped was beyond my knowledge, in all honesty.
