It looks like the installation (whatever that is) requires a SQL user ID "crystal" to be present, but could not find it. You may want to create the user ID "crystal" first on SQL using SSMS and then try installing this again. If this is a customisation and is provided by some partner/consultant, please check with them on all the steps involved.
