Hello Mani, Thank you for using Community Forums. My name is Becky and I will assist you. If you are on GP2015, allocation caused by Field Service will be in the Item Allocation Inquiry window. If you are on an older release, say GP2010, you will not see the Field Service allocations in the Item Allocation Inquiry window.
