As a test and/or as a temporary workaround, can you print them from another screen, such as the Sales Transaction Inquiry Zoom or the Print Sales Documents window? Do you get any error messages when printing from those screens? You might have to create a Dex SQL log and possibly open a support case. I'm not sure what might be going on. These are the general info-gathering questions that occur to me: Does this happen on all workstations? With all users? Are you using Terminal Server or Citrix? Do you have a default printer selected in your "Devices & Printers" in the Control Panel?
