Laura, I don't know if there's a way to force a report to Cancel... but I can tell you that there's nothing special that you have to do to clear out the reports that are flagged as "Canceling". The Repository table contains a field called "StatusType". These are the codes and their meanings: Status Type Description 0 Complete 1 Failed 2 Canceled 10 Queued 20 Processing 30 Canceling 40 Queueing The familiar messages you see in the Report Queue Status window. To change any reports from Canceling to Canceled, just run this query in the ManagementReporter database (get your dba to do it for you if you don't have the rights): update Repository set StatusType = 2 where StatusType = 30; I can't tell you what's going on in MR that prevents the reports from fully canceling... but at least you can straighten out the bookkeeping. Do you have a Datamart for your GP data? It might be a good time to rebuild it. Sincerely, Steve Erbach WOW Logistics Appleton, WI
