Hi Zulfi Collections Management from PA is great if you need full functionality collections (e.g. writing full notes of contact made, automating notifications etc). If you only have minor needs - e.g. you want to send a letter, you can do that via the Letter Writing Wizard in core GP. This won't keep the notes and history about the collection activities. One of the companies I worked for in the past did basic collections and we achieved this simply by using the notes against invoices to show what we had done. We then had a report written to include those notes so everyone could see. This does have the issue though that the notes can be deleted - it isn't a secure way of doing it. But it certainly worked fine for us. Otherwise, highly recommend Collections Management. Cheers Heather
