Hi Babu Thank you for your answer but I cannot understand how Microsoft would think that is good enough. It would seem like it has functioned like this for many years now and I consider it a massive bug as you cannot use the PA Inv Trf function if you want to keep good control of your stock. The serial number cannot be traced on the Serial/Lot trace screen if the PA Inv Trf batch is unposted. Running the Inventory reconcile removes the allocation. I was able to do a negative adj for my stock on hand even though I had unposted PA Inv Trf batches. It is broken in so many ways and I just don't understand why Microsoft have not fixed it. Would you have any idea if it has been written up as a bug and if they plan to correct it? Thank you for your time. Regards
