Aaron, Sorry I couldn't help you with this. It sounds very similar to community.dynamics.com/.../120847 which I posted a while back. From here I might try a few different known working values in the update statement but if none work I would recreate the user. Before deleting the user I would create a new temporary user so you can copy security from the user, to the temp user, and back to the new user. If you use navigation lists you might also want to use this dynamicsgpblogster.blogspot.com/.../sql-copying-microsoft-dynamics-gp.html . For smartlist favorites you will want this one dynamicsgpblogster.blogspot.com/.../copying-smartlists-favorites-from-one.html . And I started looking for a script for the homepage but then noticed that this is a new feature of GP 2015 community.dynamics.com/.../home-page-copy-new-feature . If the GP user isn't tied to AD you should have no problem deleting the user and recreating it with the same username. Delete the user from the application first and then from SQL. There may be some lingering settings in the SQL tables that will cause the issue to come back. If this is the case I don't have the scripts to help and hope someone else will chime in. Good Luck!
