Let's not forget I wasn't specifically talking about removing report versions. I was asking for maintenance procedures, again not sure how it all works, so this may have included restarting services (to clear up temporary objects, if there are any?), physical log files somewhere on the server, etc... Just opinions on how to keep everything at a reasonable level server-side. Thanks!
