Hi Pat, There has been other forum threads here discussing the same issue already... community.dynamics.com/.../423024 The request for change in Connect too has been posted last year in October : connect.microsoft.com/.../clean-up-report-history-option-in-mr-2012 As a general rule in the Dynamics Community forums, before posting a new question, you should check if there hasn't been another similar thread posted in the past that may already contain the answer you're looking for... that's the purpose of forums and discussions, especially as you can differentiate 'Answered' questions from the 'Unanswered' ones.
