The best way I know how to troubleshoot security issues in Dynamics GP is to invest in GP Power Tools (formerly known as the Support Debugging Tool). It has a security profiler that makes it easy to diagnose any issue like this. For US$365 per year (at the moment), it is a tool that has a huge amount of functionality - the security troubleshooting in my opinion is the best. You can get it from Merkorma: www.mekorma.com/.../gp-power-tools.aspx It is well worth the investment. You will probably spend more than the purchase price just trying to figure it out.
