Hi All, One of our client is currently using GP2013 R2 and they upgraded the system from GP 9 to GP 2013 R2 Now they want PA module to be configured. when I install PA module and run utilities I got the below error Failure encountered ON 03/01/2016 at 11:19:37 . Error: Product 258 does not support upgrading from version 9.0.326. When I check the DB_upgrade table for PA product 258 entries are there with Major version as 9 They were not used PA module from beginning and there are no data on the PA tables. I believe that they installed PA module during 9 and Since they didn't use it, while upgrading they didn't install PA module and did upgrade to GP 2013 Kindly let me know how to install PA module in GP2013 R2 and run utilities to do table upgrade.
