When you try to use the Missing Account Analysis in Management Reporter, it may crash with the following errors: "The operation could not be completed due to a failure on the server" “Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation" This has been corrected in CU14 . If you are not able to apply CU14, the workaround is to create a new building block group. To do that, follow these steps: 1. Have all users exit MR and then back up the ManagementReporter SQL database. 2. Go to Company | Building Block Groups. 3. Select the building block group that contains the reports. 4. Click Export. 5. Select the definitions to export on each tab. 6. Click Export and choose a location to create the .tdbx file. 7. Once you have export the reports, click New in the Building Block Groups window. 8. Enter a name and description. Click OK. 9. Click Import and then select the .tdbx that contains the building blocks you want to import. 10. Select the definitions to import on each tab. 11. Click Import. 12.
