Hello Mohammed, If you capture this error in a dexsql.log, do you see any mentions of "FP: Couldn't Close Table" or anything about the SQL connection being dropped? Normally, when we see this type of error intermittently, it has to do with the SQL connection being dropped between SQL and Dynamics GP, thus the error. This may also explain why you can't reproduce this error on the user's cloned account as the connection issue isn't specific to any user account, but may be machine specific.......can you re-create or see this error on more than one machine?
